Provide me with reference of the character (there will be additional charge for description only character with no reference at all or vague reference - might take longer)

I have the full right to refuse your commission if I feel that I cannot complete the commission

I only accept OVO, Dana, Go-Pay, Bank (CIMB Niaga) for local payment

I only accept Paypal for International payment

Commission can be paid 100% after the sketch or 50% after sketch and 50% after i finished the commission (i will not send the finished illustration until it's fully paid)

The commission work will start according to who order and paid first (please check the commission progress to see more)

If you order with a deadline (rush order), yours will be started first

For deadlines please make sure to discuss with me before payment

Character Illustrations will take 1-2 weeks or more depends on the details of the characters

Character Design will take 2-3 weeks or more depends on the detailes of the characters

Commission will be sent through GDrive

Free 3x revisions (2 during color sketch & 1 during lineart)

I will accept for additional details in sketch (accessories, clothes, etc)

There will be additional charge if you suddenly feels like you want to fully change the character pose during sketch

I won't accept major revision after lineart and base color (e.g. change the clothes, hair, pose, or other details)

I will accept revision after I finished the piece if there is details that I forgot to add

I will send the an update each time i made progress on the illustration

I will not continue the commission if there is no responds

I have the right to post the commission ( unless you want the commission to be private and paid extra for it )

The commissioner have right to upload the art or website ( credit is optional but very appreciated if you put credit )

The commissioner can't make the commission to be commercial unless you have paid to use it as commercial use

There will be no refunds once i have started with the commission

The refunds will be offered by me if i feel like i cannot finish the commission on time or other reasons that make me can't continue the commission
